Train Your Community. Protect Your Asset.
A fitness or wellness center only performs when the people inside it know how to use it. AR Performance + Design delivers on-site equipment training that teaches staff and residents how to operate every machine safely, confidently, and to its full purpose.
The firm trains on centers it designed and on centers designed by others. Whatever the equipment, whatever the population, the session is built around who will use the space and what they need from it.
Each session runs 45 to 90 minutes, scaled to the size of the space and the equipment in it, and shaped to the population it serves. In senior living, that usually means training for both staff and residents. In multifamily, it usually means training the staff who carry the knowledge forward to residents. Every session is built from the same methodology that grounds the firm's design work, beginning with the end user and what stands between them and the equipment.
After installation, one operator purchased additional staff and resident training packages for other properties across their portfolio, because the first session changed how the space was used.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Schedule a Discovery Call
A 30-minute conversation to understand the space, the population, the equipment in the room, and what the session needs to accomplish.
Collect Your Inventory
Before training is booked, the firm requests a full inventory of the center: the make, model, year, and type of every piece of equipment. That list is what lets the firm walk in fully prepared and deliver the session at full value.
On-site Training Delivered
A 45 to 90-minute session delivered on location, scaled to the space and built for the people who will use it. Staff, residents, or both, depending on the community.
Book a Discovery Call
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute discovery call. That call is where the space, the population, and the equipment list get scoped, and where the training session is shaped to the community requesting it. It is also where the equipment inventory is requested, so the firm arrives prepared to train on every piece in the room.
Booking starts here, with the discovery call. The training session is scheduled once the call is complete and the inventory is in hand.
