ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN (AMP)

The core of long-term equipment care, and the plan most communities choose.

A fitness and wellness space performs from day one. Keeping it performing for the next decade is a separate discipline, and it is the one most operators discover too late, after a treadmill console goes dark or a resident finds a machine taped off for weeks waiting on a part.

The Annual Maintenance Plan, fulfilled by Arrowhead Medical, is built to keep that from happening. Each contract year includes one preventative maintenance visit from a certified technician, two maintenance repair visits, priority scheduling ahead of non-contract communities, and access to equipment discount and trade-in programs. Every visit produces a written service report, the documentation that keeps commercial equipment warranties valid and gives operations a record of exactly what was serviced and when.

The case for it is a budgeting case. A single emergency repair, parts and labor, regularly runs several hundred dollars and arrives with no warning. The Annual Maintenance Plan converts that unpredictable cost into one fixed annual line, with two repairs already covered before anything breaks. For operators running multiple communities, the plan carries a multisite rate that brings the per-location cost down across the portfolio.

For communities with nursing and rehabilitation equipment, the Biomedical Service Plan layers on top of an active Annual Maintenance Plan to bring lifts, scales, monitors, and rehab units under the same documented standard of care.

AR Performance + Design remains the single point of accountability across all of it, from the first design conversation through every year the space is in service.

How We Care for Your Investment

Assess What You Have

It starts with your equipment and the people who use it. A certified Arrowhead Medical technician reviews what is in the space, its condition, and the service it needs, so the plan fits the real inventory rather than a generic package.

Match the Right Plan

Single repair, preventative care, full annual coverage, or added biomedical service. We walk you through the difference and recommend the plan that fits how your community actually operates, never the most expensive one by default.

Service with Care

Technicians work directly with manufacturers on your behalf, holding warranties to what they promise and sourcing the right parts to extend equipment life. Every visit produces a written report, and complex problems get a worked-through resolution.

Plan for What's Next

Care does not end when the technician leaves. You get clear guidance on ongoing maintenance, replacement timing, and what the space needs as equipment ages, so nothing fails by surprise and every budget cycle is planned.

  • Communities renew these plans year over year and ask for the same Arrowhead Medical technicians by name when new needs come up. The clearest signal a service is working is that clients keep choosing it.

  • When a community brings a complex or unusual equipment problem, the response is a worked-through resolution, not a deflection. Clients consistently point to that collaboration as the reason they keep the relationship.

  • Arrowhead Medical technicians work directly with manufacturers on the community's behalf, holding warranties to what they promise and sourcing the right parts to extend equipment life. Clients describe the technicians as professional, clear in their explanations, and genuinely useful in planning for ongoing care and replacement.
